By using Aurela’s website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms:

⏳ Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is a personalized reservation designed just for you.

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any service.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 50% and may result in loss of booking privileges.

Repeat violations will result in restricted access to future appointments.Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Aurela reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns.

✒️ Piercing Age & ID Policy

To ensure client safety and legal compliance:

• Minimum age for piercings is 16 years old. No exceptions.

• Clients under 18 must bring:

• A birth certificate, driver’s license, or insurance card

• A parent or legal guardian with matching photo ID

If proper documentation is not presented, the appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.

Please call ahead if you have questions about what documentation is accepted.

🧬 Health & Safety Standards

We uphold the highest standards of sterilization, hygiene, and professional conduct:

• All tools and jewelry are professionally sterilized using a medical-grade autoclave.

• Single-use needles are never reused and disposed of immediately after each service.

• Every piercer is certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, First Aid, and CPR.

• Workstations are thoroughly disinfected between clients using hospital-grade products.

• Only implant-grade titanium, solid 14k gold, and ASTM F136-certified jewelry is used.

• Clients also receive full aftercare instructions and can purchase curated aftercare products in-studio.
